I shipped back a movie on a monday, they check it in on tuesday morning, wednsday night I get an email for sat delivery. Well I finally get it tuesday from CA! Of course I wrote a letter to netflix about it and recieved the normal apologetic letter in return. When I returned it, 2 days later I get an email saying it was received and the next movie they sent came from nevada, arghhhh!!!! I did give them some suggestions like notifying members in the queue if a movie is not available in state so members can better organize the time the get that movie at a latter date.
